Your plan
- Your plan and its price are shown in Settings > Plan before you choose it. A free trial ends on the date shown there.
- Plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Payments
Customers pay you through your own Stripe account. You are responsible for card fees, refunds, disputes and chargebacks, as Stripe's terms set out.
Your food and your menu
You are responsible for your food, its safety, allergens and labelling, your licences and permits, and your taxes. Chef's suggestions - descriptions, nutrition, allergen hints and menus from our libraries - are suggestions you check before saving.
Your customers and your data
Your customer list is yours. PrepLocal keeps it for you, as the Privacy Policy says. Only email people who agreed to hear from you, and honour unsubscribes.
Connected accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram or Google, PrepLocal posts and updates your listing only when you ask it to. You can disconnect at any time.
Ending
You can leave at any time. PrepLocal may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.
