The rewards card
- Each kitchen runs its own rewards card. One card per person per kitchen.
- You collect points for visits and orders, and sometimes for a birthday or for following the kitchen, as the kitchen sets.
- Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
- Points from an order that's refunded are taken off again.
Using a reward
Show your card or its code at the counter, or use the reward when you order online. Each reward can be used once.
Offers and codes
- Offers and codes are the kitchen's. Each says what it gives, any minimum spend and when it ends.
- Unless an offer says otherwise, it's one per customer and can't be combined with another.
Changes and ending
A kitchen may change or end its rewards. Points already earned are honoured as the kitchen says when it does.
