What PrepLocal is
PrepLocal runs websites, ordering, marketing and rewards for independent restaurants and meal-prep kitchens. Each kitchen sells its own food and is responsible for it - its menu, ingredients, allergens and preparation. PrepLocal runs the platform.
Orders
- An order is with the kitchen. The kitchen accepts it, or it's cancelled and you aren't charged.
- Card payments go to the kitchen through Stripe.
- PrepLocal may add a service fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Problems and refunds
Report a problem with an order from the order's page or its email. The kitchen answers first; PrepLocal steps in if it can't be sorted out.
Repeat orders
When you choose to repeat an order, it's placed again on the schedule you agreed to until you stop it. You can stop it in your account at any time before the next cutoff.
Rewards and offers
A kitchen's rewards card and offers follow the Rewards terms.
Your account
Accounts are for adults. Keep your password to yourself. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep and how to delete it.
